Do you have a story? You know... the things you tell yourself?
From the time we are children, we have "inner" dialog that tells us who we are and what we can and cannot do. It's all created through other people's stories-parents, grandparents, siblings, teachers, peers, and clergy. The media, especially in today's world, helps us to become who we tell ourselves we are. We "identify" with a hero, a victim, a patsy, whether they are real people or fiction. Once we have our "story" then, we start "attracting" it over and over until it's solidified. We ride life's merry-go-round seeing the same scenery over and over again, never realizing we can get off and change the story.
But how do we do that?
The first step is in recognition. You have to evaluate to elevate. The second step is in responsibility. Acknowledge your choices, face them, and do not be victim to them. The third step is to regulate. When you see yourself falling back into the same old story, you must change reaction to response. All three of these steps are accomplished through a connection with your higher power or "God Self".
How do we do that?
Journal, meditate, and get a life coach, mentor, or counselor. Be proactive in the plot line of the recreation of your story. Gratitude is the attitude that creates space for prosperous thoughts. The energetic rewards for all your work will be abundance. An abundance of love, friendship, health, and wealth all come from true reflection of who you are without the "story". Don't allow the same limited thoughts to anchor you... think about it and change your story today.
